چکیده
This paper addresses the design of a robust set-based interval observer for nonlinear discrete-time system affected by uncertainty (state disturbance and measurement noise) using Takagi-Sugeno (TS) fuzzy model including an unmeasurable premise variable. The effect variable uncertainties is considered as unknown but bounded nature, i.e., in set-membership framework. A zonotopic representation set towards reducing operations to simple matrix calculations used bound state estimation provided observer-based approach. Furthermore, criterion-based approach H? performance technique are order compute gain achieve robustness. Finally, example employed both illustrate discuss effectiveness proposed

Observer design and fault tolerant control of Takagi-Sugeno nonlinear systems with unmeasurable premise variables∗
Dealing with real systems (electrical, mechanical, economic, chemical, . . . ) one is often urged to use nonlinear representations in order to accurately capture the whole behavior of the systems under study. The linear modeling of such systems only has a local validity, but it considerably eases the performance analysis and the controller supervision module designs. Even if a considerable amou...
متن کاملMulti-objective H =H1 fault detection observer design for Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy systems with unmeasurable premise variables: descriptor approach
This paper investigates the problem of robust fault detection observer design for nonlinear Takagi–Sugeno models with unmeasurable premise variables subject to sensor faults and unknown bounded disturbance. The main idea is to synthesize a robust fault detection observer by means of a mixed H =H1 performance index. The considered observer is used to estimate jointly states and faults. Using the...
متن کاملDesign of Observers for Takagi-Sugeno Systems with Immeasurable Premise Variables : An L2 Approach
A new observer design method is proposed for Takagi-Sugeno systems with immeasurable premise variables. Since the state estimation error can be written as a perturbed system, then the proposed method is based on the L2 techniques to minimize the effect of the perturbations on the state estimation error. The convergence conditions of the observer are established by using the second method of Lya...
متن کاملDesign of Observers for Takagi-sugeno Discrete-time Systems with Unknown Premise Variables
this paper deals with the problem of the state estimation of discrete time nonlinear systems described by Takagi-Sugeno structure where the premise variables are not measurable. The proposed observer design method is based on the use of the second method of Lyapunov and a quadratic function. Based on this procedure two methods are proposed. The convergence conditions of the observer are express...
متن کاملRobust observer design for uncertain Takagi-Sugeno model with unmeasurable decision variables: an L2 approach
This paper deals with the problem of state estimation of nonlinear uncertain systems described by uncertain multiple model form with unmeasurable decision variables. We propose two methods to attenuate the effect of modeling uncertainties and measurement noise on the state estimation. The first method is based, under some assumptions, on the second method of Lyapunov and L2 approach. The second...
